Fusion Lithium Batteries delivers safe lithium phosphate energy storage solutions in standard lead-acid battery sizes for a wide variety of applications. Fusion Lithium Ion Phosphate Batteries (also known as Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries) are an extremely light weight battery designed for deep-cycle (cyclic) applications and are a completely dry battery making them spill-proof and leak- proof. They can sit unused for over a year without losing charge and can also be charged extremely quickly without damaging the battery.

Unlike many other lithium batteries, Fusion Lithium Batteries are made using prismatic cells making them not only safe to use, but also boasts better cyclic properties and have a longer life (over 10 year design life). Other brands generally use cylindrical cells and while they may be cheaper due to lower manufacturing costs, they are inferior and are not designed for 12V battery application.

Charging

A Lead Acid charger can be used as long as it doesn’t have Auto Pulse or Auto Rejuvenation/Desulfation feature.
If you using a Lithium charger then it should have LifePO4
Trickle chargers (Float mode) are fine to use. Solar panels can also be used to charge the battery.

The battery last, approx 2 hours on 30LB motor and appox 1.5 hours on a 54LB motor, on a medium speed setting.
