All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Inflatable PFDs (Personal Flotation Devices)
  • Dry Bags
  • Dog Life Jackets

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Once you receive your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired replacement item in your email. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
